Winter 2022

Colouring Outside the Lines: The Ministry Leader as Artist

Have you ever felt like a square peg in a round hole? Chances are, you're an artist! Ministry is an art and God, the Artist. God makes us artists and calls on us to weave together the gifts we have been given. How do you understand your role as artist within your ministry practice? How can we embrace creativity in the church?

Whether you're a student just starting out or someone in ministry for decades, or somewhere in between, come join us. Our process will call on artistic works in art, poetry, and other media along with exploring creativity in the Christian context and along our inner journeys whole engaged in active ministry. Sometimes we allow our creativity to go dormant while we engage in ministry practice.

This course will be a circle of learning for leadership creativity and self-development in ministry. Come along with me on a journey of creativity and ministry!
