Executive Assistant to the President

The Executive Assistant to the President is responsible for delivering top flight administrative support to the President, and to the Board of Governors, at a high level of professional excellence.  Key to success in the role is the EA’s focus on ensuring, through proactive and reactive support, that the President’s role functions at a high level of efficiency.  The role enjoys a dual portfolio as the Executive Assistant also acts as secretariat for the Board and Committees of the Board, providing the same level of service to those bodies.

Convener, Diploma in Missional Leadership

Atlantic School of Theology is seeking a part-time Convener for the Diploma in Missional Leadership. The Convener has overall responsibility for coordinating the first iteration of this new Diploma program, and works closely with the Academic Dean, denominational staff, instructors, and participants to organize and deliver the four components of this Diploma from 2020-2022. The work combines online and onsite work.

Convocation Coordinator

Atlantic School of Theology is seeking a Convocation Coordinator.  The Convocation Coordinator is accountable for the hands-on work, detail and task execution necessary for a well-organized and well-managed university convocation, including the ceremonial aspects of convocation. These responsibilities encompass all convocation related matters, including logistics for awards presented at convocation, supporting events, protocols, including those related to visiting faculty and dignitaries, managing publications such as the convocation program, photography, event web-streaming, seating and capacity issues, and volunteer and support staff coordination.

Volunteer Opportunities

Atlantic School of Theology Library is seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals who are interested in volunteering their time to support library staff and services. Responsibilities would include shelving, shelf reading and maintenance, and processing donations and deselected materials for recycling.
