2026-27 Residence Fees

All residence fees include wireless internet service.

Fees listed are for the 8-month academic year, but do not include additional costs such as December - January holiday break stay-over charges, stay-over charges between the academic year and summer residence, etc. More information on additional charges / fees is available from Housing & Residence.

Meal plans are mandatory for ALL rooms / bed spaces in Loyola North and Vanier.

Loyola North and Vanier residents are defaulted to the 7 Day All Access Plan, but can change to the 5 Day All Access Plan by contacting SMU Dining.

Rice Apartment Fees

Senior Apartment Fees

Senior Apartments are often assigned to 3rd and 4th year students, graduate students, and students over the age of 21, though this is not always the case.
