Room Rental Rates 2026-27

Subject to change - All rates in Canadian $

Monthly rates apply to residents with a full-term (4 month) residence agreement (or longer). Otherwise, the short-term accommodation rate applies.

Long-term stay monthly rates and other mandatory fees

Before moving in, residents are required to pay a Security Deposit and a Residence Activity Fee (details below). Following move-in, rent is collected on the first of every month. Your security deposit is fully refundable upon move-out, provided the room or apartment is returned in its original condition. 

Large Single Room - 1st and 2nd floors (monthly rate)

Double - two single beds (monthly rate)

For double occupancy, the standard room rate is split equally between both residents. For example, a single room with a private washroom ($1,120) would be $560 per person, while a standard room ($980) would be $490 per person.

*This fee will cover stays for AST Students only, who will be in residence from June 13 – July 25 in either a large or standard single room. Any additional nights will be billed at $51/night. There will be no credit for shortened stays. Students who are attending only one or two summer intensive courses will be billed at the usual short term stay rate.
